Jermaine, Stephen, Griffin and Jody swap out Comics at the Table in favor of headline news for this Friday’s show, taking time to talk over the release of Gail Simone from Batgirl, Scott Snyder and Yanick Paquette’s decision to leave Swamp Thing and Image’s choice to no longer do reprints for established, best-selling series!
Hawkguy writer Matt Fraction makes his third appearance on the show to talk to Jermaine and Stephen about writing a superhero comic about an Avenger that also just happens to be a guy trying to make the world a better place, launching the Fantastic Four and the FF in such a way that it pleases readers new and old alike, and the status of his creator-owned series for Image, Satellite Sam, with artist Howard Chaykin!
